Great Location and Hotel! Dee was especially Helpful with a Great Place to Eat and a place to walk our dog! She always had a smile and was there when you needed her, she is definitely 5 Stars! The only reason I didn't give a 5 rating overall was because the breakfast was pretty bad! Everything else was great! Bill

We arrived about 8 PM and were so glad there was an available room. We were worn out from driving. We had a room with two queen beds. The rooms were clean and they had vinyl flooring. Drapes looked new. There were a lot of boxes out front so they may be doing some renovating. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were soft and everything looked clean and fresh. We were supplied with plenty of towels in the room, and they have soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. I am a real stickler about hotel rooms but this room was clean and I look around and behind things. It was quiet except for the inconsiderate people that kept locking their vehicles that came along with a horn beep very late snd very early. That is not the hotels fault. All room doors face the outside and I saw stairs on the outside so not sure if they have an elevator somewhere to get you to 2nd floor, we were on the first floor. This is an older hotel and has been there a number of years but I would stay again and that says a lot. Premises were well lit and even the outside was maintained and clean.

The hostess was very helpful in accommodating my elderly mother. The rooms were nice. The bathroom left a little to be desired. The toilet is very low, my mom could barely get up. I feel like all rooms should have a bar to help not only elderly but anyone thst may have knee or hip issues.

The place was clean staff was good, the only thing I did not like was the pet fee, it is $25.00 per night per pet, I was there 3 days never requested housekeeping those 3 days but was still charge a pet fee for those 3 days. When we checked out we cleaned the room, you would never tell that we had a pet in there, I just think the pet fee is way to high, overall the place was good.

Great Stay. We were there for a wedding which was 20 min up the mountain. The staff was awesome. The room was large, beds comfy, showers were hot. No problems. Cute diner within walking distance. Breweries on a 3-minute drive. Other restaurants close by. Didn't get a chance to explore too much but would recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel convenient to Murphy and surrounding area. Front desk clerk was really friendly and courteous. The only down side the breakfast lacked several things and didn't seem like it was maintained well.

Customer service was excellent. Every person we encountered was extremely kind. I can honestly say this is the first motel I have ever booked that I can tell you the name of every employee I encountered. Ankur Patel, the general manager, was very easy to work with. We had a small issue with our group reservation which he promptly resolved. I was very appreciative of his efforts. Dee, the front desk attendant on the evening shift, was absolutely precious! She did everything she could to make our stay more pleasant. She was always available to meet any need we had. We even convinced her to join us for a few minutes to play a card game. But she was still very attentive to the front desk. Every time the bell rang, she hopped right up to take care of whoever came in the door. Beth, the morning shift front desk attendant was charming. She was very friendly and efficient. Not only did she have front desk duties, she was also in charge of our breakfast! She did a fabulous job of keeping up! Deanna, the night shift attendant was there to help us with anything we needed. We were allowed to use the breakfast room to play games. She was so nice and very accommodating. Kachua, in housekeeping, greeted me with a smile every time I saw her. She checked with me to make sure our room was cleaned to our satisfaction. The motel is an older motel but it has been upgraded. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend staying there. Take the time to get to know the staff. They are what makes the stay so pleasant!
